A5 (5x11) for iSilo: A5.pdb
A6 (6x10) for iSilo: A6.pdb

CJKOS Font Extractor
Extracts Big5, HKSCS, GBK and GB2312 to bitmaps, allow editing and write to CJKOS font files.
Fontext.exe written in VB, others in C.
Note:
1. Due to VB's graphics.save function defaults to saving 32-bit bitmap, please convert the bitmaps to 1-bit before passing them to cjkfontconv_*.
2. For PD to BMP functionality in cjkfontconv_big5.exe, please use the font file from www.pd.com.tw and NOT the one from www.palm-center.com.
